When is commission recorded?
As soon as the customer pays. It appears in your partner portal as awaiting delivery, and you are notified on Telegram.
Why the 7-day wait?
It is the customer’s technical warranty window. If an order is refunded during this period the related commission is voided — protecting both customers and partners.
Do repeat orders count?
Yes. The customer is permanently linked to your code, so every future order earns 20%. The 5% discount applies to their first order only.
Can I use my own link to place my own orders?
No. Commission rewards referring genuine customers. Your own orders and secondary accounts are not eligible, and we compare devices, IP addresses and payment details to detect them. To save on your own order, be referred by another partner and get the 5% first-order discount.
How do payouts work?
Once your available balance reaches $20, request a payout to a USDT TRC20 wallet or a Vietnamese bank account. Requests are processed within 1–12 business hours.
